1. Abstract
이번 test(실험) 의 목표(目標)는 DNA isolation 방법 중의 하나인 Miniprep을 이용하여 알칼리 조건 하에서 미생물(대장균)의 세포벽과 세포막을 부수고 유전자 재조합에 필요한 Plasmid DNA를 분리하는 것이었다. S1,S2,S3,PW,EB buffer를 이용해 plasmid DNA를 분리하였고, test(실험) 의 결과 추출한 plasmid DNA의 크기를 측정(測定) 하기 위해 전기영동을 진행하였다. 전기영동의 결과를 DNA ladder와 비교해보니 plasmid DNA의 크기는 4.0kbp로 측정(測定) 되었는데, 실제 plasmid DNA인 8.0kbp와 차이가 나게 된 原因을 分析(분석)해본 결과, 다양한 plasmid DNA의 형태로 인한 것이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.
