① β-Adrenergic drugs
기전 : mast cell의 β2 receptor에 작용, cAMP상승, bronchial dilation
Drugs ▷ Nonselective : Epinephrine - acute attack시, α,β agonist
Isoproterenol - most potent group
Isoetharine - β2 에 sensitivity가지나 약하다.
